The Mentorship Program deals with the primary objective of enabling constructive and positive interaction, guidance and mentorship of students by teachers.Mentorship gives direction, helps students choose a career path, and also supports them by connecting them with the right people.
The mentors will guide the mentees in all matters of academic and co-curricular activities.
The Mentorship Programme will help students to adjust more quickly to the challenges.
Responsibilities of Mentors (Teacher)
Our School Leaders are on top of the leadership pyramid of a school system.Working with them directly can have a positive impact on learning practices, student learning environment and overall health of communities.Building the capacity of School Leaders safeguards sustainability of school improvement practices.Our School Leadership Program is designed in a way that balances theory and practice and is relevant to the context of our school.
The program is designed for students to enable the right skills, tools and resources to improve the leadership quality. Our students are equipped with the skills to develop effective action plans and conduct self-evaluations in our schools.School Leaders are guided on effective communication, teamwork building strategies, sharing leadership roles and involving parents and community around the school.They are supported to create inclusive student policies, address biases and build a platform to enhance student voices and leadership.
