The Mentorship Program deals with the primary objective of enabling constructive and positive interaction, guidance and mentorship of students by teachers.Mentorship gives direction, helps students choose a career path, and also supports them by connecting them with the right people.
The mentors will guide the mentees in all matters of academic and co-curricular activities.
The Mentorship Programme will help students to adjust more quickly to the challenges.

Our students are equipped with the skills to develop effective action plans and conduct self-evaluations in our schools.School Leaders are guided on effective communication, teamwork building strategies, sharing leadership roles and involving parents and community around the school.They are supported to create inclusive student policies, address biases and build a platform to enhance student voices and leadership.
